With almost two decades of experience in instructional design and development, facilitation, and learning strategy, I help organizations turn complex topics into clear, accessible, and engaging digital training. I’ve worked across sectors - from health care to heavy equipment - designing courses that not only check the boxes but make a real impact on learners.
What sets At Your Best apart is a focus on people. I bring a collaborative, Agile-inspired approach to every project, building learning solutions that evolve through iteration, feedback, and trust. I'm passionate about inclusive design and accessibility - because learning should work for everyone, not just the average learner.
I’m equally comfortable storyboarding in Figma, developing in Storyline, refining a learning strategy, or helping subject matter experts turn technical content into a great course. And I stay curious - continually learning about new tools, trends, and approaches so your training stays current and effective.
